Web platforms that stay maintainable after launch

From 2015 I help companies and teams when a WordPress site, Craft CMS build, online store or Linux environment starts limiting further work. I combine application code, caching, integrations and infrastructure to find the source of a problem and implement a change that remains maintainable.

Most of my work involves stabilising existing platforms, performance, e-commerce development and focused plugins or automation.

Selected work

These case studies show work on real constraints: production caching, document generation, asset versioning, image optimisation and e-commerce. Each one explains the problem, scope and technical approach.

Master's Degree at Military University of Technology

Electronics and Telecommunications, part-time

Planned completion: 2027
I am continuing my studies in electronics and telecommunications. I am interested in topics related to the security of electronic devices and systems used in critical areas

CoolTRONIC.pl

Founder and Lead Engineer

April 2019 - now

At CoolTRONIC.pl, I work on web platforms, server environments and technical tools. My work combines websites and online stores with Linux administration, performance improvements and automation.

  • building and maintaining websites and web services for clients,
  • administering environments based on Debian, Proxmox and ISPConfig,
  • working on caching, server configuration, deployments and production stability,
  • developing Craft CMS plugins available on GitHub and in the Craft Plugin Store,
  • maintaining open-source Android-related projects and device-recovery tools.

Android and open source

since 2022

I also develop diagnostic and open-source Android tools. They are for owned devices or hardware handled with the owner’s authorisation; procedures can cause data loss, affect warranty or damage equipment.

A Few Things I Have Learned Along the Way

💠 I've been programming for over 11 Years . I started with websites, PHP, and JavaScript. Over time, I've added online stores, Craft CMS, WordPress, Linux servers, and DevOps.

💠 I enjoy projects that require me to delve deeper than just the website's appearance. Sometimes the problem lies in the code, sometimes in the database, cache, integration, or server configuration.

💠 After hours, I also develop open-source projects related to Craft CMS and Android. It's from these projects that I gain the most practical knowledge.

Notes from technical work

I publish practical notes from WordPress, Craft CMS, Varnish, cache and infrastructure work, including diagnosis, limitations and verification steps.

Varnish Cache for ISPConfig 3: Nginx SSL, Apache, and Faster Websites

Why Another Plugin Won’t Fix a Slow Website: Varnish Cache for ISPConfig 3 with Nginx SSL and Apache A slow website does not always need another optimisation plugin. Sometimes the actual problem lies deeper: in the server configuration, the caching layer, or the way traffic flows between Nginx, Apache, and the application. In one of […]
