I have been building, maintaining and stabilizing web platforms since 2015. My work focuses on PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, Craft CMS, backend optimization, Linux infrastructure and performance issues that appear after a project starts growing in production.
This portfolio is not a collection of generic agency promises. It documents real work on websites, stores, plugins, cache layers, integrations, server environments and open-source tools. I prefer reducing complexity over adding another plugin or another heavy layer that makes the system harder to maintain.
My workflow combines PHP refactoring, custom WordPress extensions, Craft CMS development, Debian server administration, Varnish Cache, Cloudflare CDN, Bash automation and practical debugging. I also work with Android-related tooling, device recovery workflows and lower-level system projects when the problem goes beyond a standard web stack.
Projects connected with CoolTRONIC.pl, FRP Unlocking and potacki.com show the same approach in practice: improve stability, reduce technical debt, make performance measurable and keep the system maintainable after deployment.
I enjoy projects where technology solves a specific problem. Sometimes that means improving an online store, sometimes building a Craft CMS plugin and sometimes working on an Android-related diagnostic utility.
The case studies below explain the problem, the approach and the technical decisions behind each project.

Varnish Cache integration with ISPConfig 3, Nginx SSL and Apache for WordPress and Craft CMS, with purging, Cloudflare and Brotli support.

WordPress, WooCommerce and DevOps work for US clients: development, migrations, performance tuning and external integrations.

Craft CMS plugin for automated cache purging and warming with Varnish, Cloudflare, sitemap processing, URL exclusions and queued jobs.

PrestaShop store for strength-equipment manufacturer Steelstorm with a Vue.js product-variant form, filters and a custom preloader.

Craft CMS plugin for generating PDFs from Twig templates, HTML and URLs, with Assets integration, caching, QR codes, watermarks and PDF/A or PDF/X support.

Open-source tools and diagnostics
I develop tools related to Android diagnostics, device recovery and lower-level system work. These projects are intended for owned devices or hardware the user is authorized to work with.
I worked on web platforms for US clients, including projects connected with mental health and addiction treatment.

💠 I've been programming for over 11 Years . I started with websites, PHP, and JavaScript. Over time, I've added online stores, Craft CMS, WordPress, Linux servers, and DevOps.
💠 I enjoy projects that require me to delve deeper than just the website's appearance. Sometimes the problem lies in the code, sometimes in the database, cache, integration, or server configuration.
💠 After hours, I also develop open-source projects related to Craft CMS and Android. It's from these projects that I gain the most practical knowledge.
I write about projects, debugging, performance work and the occasional technical rabbit hole. Some posts are practical guides. Others are notes from problems that took longer to solve than expected.

Why Another Plugin Won’t Fix a Slow Website: Varnish Cache for ISPConfig 3 with Nginx SSL and Apache A slow website does not always need another optimisation plugin. Sometimes the actual problem lies deeper: in the server configuration, the caching layer, or the way traffic flows between Nginx, Apache, and the application. In one of […]

A summary of updates to two Craft CMS plugins: PDF Generator and CDN Cache & Preload. Document generation, caching, preloading and integration with Cloudflare and Varnish.

CoolTRONIC.pl started as a technical blog and gradually became a company and a technical base for websites, Linux servers and open-source tools.

In June 2022, I defended my engineering thesis at the Military University of Technology. The project focused on smart-home system design using Home Assistant.
