The Website provides informational content, a portfolio and a technical blog. It also allows visitors to send an inquiry through a contact form.

2. Definitions

  • Website – the website available at https://potacki.com, its English version at https://en.potacki.com and their subpages.
  • Service Provider – Paweł Potacki.
  • User – any person using the Website.
  • Electronic Service – a service provided electronically through the Website.

3. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

The Website provides the following services free of charge:

  • access to informational content, portfolio pages and blog posts,
  • use of navigation, search and language versions of the Website,
  • sending an inquiry through the contact form.

The Website does not currently provide User accounts, online purchases or online payments. Sending a form does not automatically create a contract. Any commercial cooperation is agreed separately, for example in an offer, an order or a contract.

4. Technical Requirements

  • use automated requests in a way that makes the Website harder to use for others,
  • use the contact form to send spam.

6. Starting and Ending the Use of Services

The service consisting in access to Website content begins when the User enters the Website and ends when the User leaves it. The contact-form service begins when the User sends a message and ends when the inquiry has been handled. The User may stop using the Website at any time.

7. Complaints About the Website

A complaint concerning an Electronic Service may be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form.

The complaint should describe the issue, identify the relevant page and include contact details for the response. Complaints are reviewed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

8. Intellectual Property
