GDPR Information Notice

Effective from: June 10, 2026

Who Is the Data Controller?

The controller of personal data is Paweł Potacki, address: Rządza, Świerkowa 14, 05-304 Stanisławów, Poland, e-mail: [email protected].

Why and on What Basis Is Data Processed?

Data sent through the contact form is processed to handle your inquiry, answer your message and, where requested, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Controller's legitimate interests are correspondence, communication security and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims.

What Data May Be Processed?

The form may include your first and last name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, project type, preferred technology, message content and technical data required to protect the form against abuse.

Is Providing Data Mandatory?

Providing data is voluntary. Without the required fields, it will not be possible to send the message and provide an answer. Optional fields may be left blank.

Who May Receive the Data?

Data may be received by providers supporting the Website, in particular hosting, e-mail, technical-support and security providers. Where the form is protected by reCAPTCHA, technical data may also be processed by Google LLC. Where the Website uses Cloudflare, technical data may also be processed by Cloudflare, Inc.

Can Data Be Transferred Outside the EEA?

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers should use the mechanisms required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How Long Is Data Retained?

If the inquiry does not lead to cooperation, data is retained for the time needed to handle the message and then for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless further retention is required in connection with legal claims. If cooperation begins, data may be retained for the period required by law or necessary to protect the Controller's rights.

What Rights Do You Have?

Within the limits provided by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Is Data Used for Automated Decision-Making?

Your data is not used to make decisions producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting you. The anti-spam mechanism may automatically assess the risk of contact-form abuse.
