Steelstorm PrestaShop Store with a Vue.js Product Form
Steelstorm manufactures strength-training equipment, from dumbbells to larger rig systems. Many products have multiple variants, which made the standard ordering process inconvenient for customers placing larger orders.
The Problem
The main task was to simplify the selection of multiple variants of the same product. Instead of repeating a similar configuration several times, customers needed a clearer way to enter the required values in one place.
Project Scope
- product-variant form built with Vue.js,
- integration with the existing PrestaShop store,
- custom first-visit preloader,
- interface and product-presentation improvements,
- testing across desktop and mobile devices.
The Result
The ordering process became easier to use, especially for products with a larger number of options. The solution was designed around the catalog instead of forcing customers through a generic store workflow.
