WordPress Website for a Psychologist: ZnanyLekarz Booking and Educational Content
The project developed for Aneta Ceglińska, MSc, was intended to organise information about consultations, make appointment booking easier to find and provide a place for educational materials.
The website was built with WordPress and WPBakery. Appointments are booked through an external ZnanyLekarz profile, while video materials can also be published through YouTube.

Problem and project goal
A website for a psychological practice should be calm, readable and easy to use on a phone. Visitors may arrive at a moment when they do not want to search through several separate pages for basic information.
The goal was to bring information about consultations, areas of support, appointment booking and educational materials into one structured website.
My role
My work included implementing and developing the WordPress website, organising the content structure, preparing links to the ZnanyLekarz booking system and adapting the website for continued publication of educational materials.
I also introduced improvements to the mobile layout and elements affecting website performance.
User journey
The structure was prepared so that visitors could move from basic information to the next step without browsing through multiple unrelated pages:
- review the available consultations and areas of support,
- check the practical and organisational information,
- open the appropriate ZnanyLekarz profile,
- choose an available appointment in the external booking system.

Appointment booking through ZnanyLekarz
The website does not replace the appointment-booking system. Its role is to provide the information a visitor needs and direct them to the correct ZnanyLekarz profile, where available dates can be checked.
This division keeps the informational website clear without building a separate calendar and appointment-management system inside WordPress.
Educational materials
The project includes space for articles, informational materials and video content. This allows the website to grow beyond the basic description of the practice and its contact options.
Mobile layout and readability
The mobile version was particularly important because many visitors open the website directly on a phone. Essential information and booking links should be available without zooming the text, searching for a button or navigating through an extensive menu.
Result
The completed website combines information about the practice, consultation descriptions, appointment-booking links and materials published through other channels.
The project can be developed gradually as new requirements appear, without rebuilding the entire structure whenever a new educational resource or area of support is added.
