Entrepreneurship Training

I completed a training program lasting more than two months and focused on the basics of running a business. The course covered management, planning, marketing, financing and brand development.

Course Topics

• SWOT analysis and the basics of building a strategy,
• financial planning, accounting and invoicing,
• sources of business financing,
• the basics of copyright, patent law and industrial design protection,
• business negotiations and cooperation terms,
• innovation and competitiveness.

This was one of the first stages at which I organized the business knowledge later used while developing my own projects.
